Just as the moon pulls the tides, motherhood pulls you into new rhythms physically, emotionally, and mentally. This program offers holistic, evidenced-informed guidance to help you reconnect with your body, restore energy, and find steadiness in the waves of early motherhood.

Hi, I’m Erica


Founder of Marluna Maternal Wellness LLC, Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Certified Women’s Health Specialist (CWHS), and most importantly, a mother to two little ones.

Marluna Maternal Wellness LLC was born from my own experience of becoming a mom, including the beauty, the challenges, the transformation, and the truth that support for mothers often falls short when we need it the most. Like many, I navigated pregnancy and postpartum with a blend of awe and exhaustion, realizing how deeply the journey impacts every part of us.

As an OT and mom, I saw the gaps in care… no one was teaching us how to move safely with a healing body, prevent injuries while carrying for a baby, manage the mental load, or reclaim your own well-being amidst the demands of motherhood. I knew I could help change that.

This is why I created Marluna - to nurture mothers with the kind of holistic, evidence-based coaching I wish I had.

My mission is to walk beside you, helping you heal, restore balance, and feel better in your body again. Because caring for the mother isn’t an option, it’s essential. You deserve guidance that is evidence-informed, compassionate, and grounded in real life, not generic advice from the internet.

  • While my background is in occupational therapy, I provide non-clinical maternal wellness coaching. This means I don’t diagnose or provide medical treatment. Instead, our work focuses on education, lifestyle support, and practical strategies that help you feel more balanced and confident in your daily life.

  • Absolutely. Many of the moms I work with have had C-sections, and I have had two C-sections myself. All coaching and movement guidance is gentle, adaptive, and focused on your unique healing journey. We’ll always honor your recovery timeline and comfort level while helping you rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace. You’ll also receive bonus material specifically designed for C-section recovery.

  • This is for you if you're in the postpartum season and want support that feels gentle, realistic, and compassionate.
